What if I don’t know the material?

If you are unaware of the material, we cannot guarantee results or cover damage. Let us know if you still want to proceed.

Do you move furniture?

No. We clean around furniture carefully. Please move small items if possible; move large items for a full clean.

Is the carpet under furniture cleaned?

Only if our equipment can reach. For complete cleaning underneath, please move the furniture beforehand.

Do you clean area rugs?

What materials do you NOT clean for rugs?
